Note that space for each conference is limited, early booking is advised especially for the International conferences and cruises.

Registration Information for 2008 CME Conferences

For our International CME Conferences, attendees have the additional advantage of using our "Companion Travels Free" program, and the confidence of booking travel arrangements with Marlin Travel, a respected name in international travel. To register for an International CME Conference, accommodation bookings for the group rooms/cabins we have held need to be done through our travel agents. Travel arrangements may be made using "airmile" points, our travel agents, or other agencies or arrangements.

For our International Conferences, 3% of the proceeds from all new registrations will be donated for international humanitarian aid, as per our humanitarian aid/philanthropy policy.

"Why don't I see an amount for GST or other tax listed?" - For International Conferences, some people have asked why we don't list a charge for GST when they recall having paid GST tax for some other international conferences they have attended. The answer is simple - Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) does not require that GST tax be paid on international conferences, so we do not charge GST tax on your registration fees for international conferences (for conferences held within Canada, 5% GST tax is charged).
