From time to time, course participants (or potential participants) may provide the Psychiatry Review Course with personally identifiable information for the purposes of attending a course, making travel arrangements, requesting information, providing feedback, or for other reasons. Such information collected by the Psychiatry Review Course will only be used for the purpose(s) for which it was provided, unless the information provider gives consent for its use for another purpose. Contact information may be used to provide information on future CME events, but contact information provided to the Course will remain confidential and will not appear in any group mailings / e-mailings. The Psychiatry Review Course will not share contact information, which includes but is not limited to name, address, phone/fax numbers, e-mail address, etc., with any third party or company, unless such sharing is necessary to fulfill the intent of the information provider (such as sharing relevant information with a travel agency for making travel arrangements, a hotel for making accommodation arrangements, etc). Likewise, information provided to third parties acting on behalf of Psychiatry Review Course (such as travel agencies for group bookings) for the purpose of attending or potentially attending a conference may be shared with Psychiatry Review Course.
