Cruise/Cabin Rates

Please note: As of December 15, 2004, we are sold out of group cabins and are unfortunately therefore unable to offer any more cabins at the previously listed discounted group rates. We are still accepting new registrations for the conference, however you will need to check up-to-date cabin availability and pricing (for early notification of future conferences, and to ensure availability of cabins at group rates, you may wish to join our mailing list).

You may check cabin availability and arrange cabin bookings via Carlson Wagonlit, as below. Costs are incurred by the attendee under the "Companion Travels Free" program, and the first companion travels free (other than applicable taxes). You can get an idea of currently available rates on the Disney website by clicking here and selecting 'Caribbean cruise', '7 night Western itinerary', '2005 March', and continuing as directed to obtain pricing for cabins. Carlson Wagonlit is also able to assist with travel arrangements, if you wish, or you may make these arrangements independently. If you are making your own travel arrangements, please ensure sufficient time to reach and board the ship, and also note that trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
