There will be 12 hours CME during this conference. The curriculum will be a blend of core general topics and relevant specialized topics, and will include:

• management of mood disorders (including "treatment resistant" depression)
• advances in treatment of patients with psychotic disorders
• psychopharmacology updates
• management of personality disorders and dealing with "the difficult patient"
• medical issues in psychiatry
• overview of relevant issues in cross-cultural psychiatry
• anger management
• cognitive behaviour therapy techniques
• documentation of psychiatric records
• physician self-care

This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and has been accredited for 12 MAINPRO-M1 credits.
