We recognize the important role spouses and companions play in physicians' lives, and encourage them to accompany conference attendees. With our "Companion Travels Free" program, accommodation charges are incurred by the conference attendee, and the first companion travels free (please note, tax/port charges, and expenses that are clearly separate for each individual such as airfare, must be charged individually to each person).
