In addition to the General Terms & Conditions applicable to all our conferences, the following specific Terms & Conditions apply to the March 2010 International Conference aboard the Disney Magic:

1. (i) Full registration fee plus accommodation deposit of 1/3 of total cabin price required at time of initial registration to complete registration and secure cabin. Travel/cruise insurance is recommended.
(ii) Second deposit of 1/3 of total cabin price due September 1, 2009.
(iii) Final balance of 1/3 of total cabin price due January 4, 2010.

2. Accommodation bookings for the cabins held by the Course must be done through Marlin Travel (Sherway Gardens, Toronto). If making air travel arrangements independently, please ensure sufficient time to reach the port for departure.

3. For cancellations up to and including September 1, 2009, $300 US per cabin of accommodation deposit non-refundable; for cancellations after September 1, 2009, and up to December 7, 2009, $1,250 US of accommodation deposit non-refundable; for cancellations after December 7, 2009 and prior to January 8, 2010, $2,500 US per cabin of accommodation deposit non-refundable. Accommodation deposit and accommodation charges fully non-refundable for cancellations January 8, 2010 and after.

4 . In the event a registrant is unable to attend the conference, substitution of registrants is permissible without any additional registration charge for attending the conference. However, registrant is responsible for any additional travel or accommodation change charges or penalties which may be levied by the airline, cruiseline, or other agency.

5 . For refund of registration fees, if a registrant is unable to attend and unable to find a substitute, notification of cancellation should be sent to the Psychiatry Review Course in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. For cancellations received prior to February 1, 2010, registrants have the option of (i) receiving a credit voucher for the full registration amount paid, redeemable towards any future Psychiatry Review Course; or (ii) receiving a refund of registration fees paid less a $75 Cdn administrative charge. For cancellations received February 1, 2010, or later, no credit or refund will be issued.
