1. (i) Full registration fee plus accommodation
deposit of 1/3 of total cabin price required at time of initial registration
to complete registration and secure cabin. Travel/cruise insurance
is recommended.
(ii) Second deposit of 1/3 of total cabin price due
September 5, 2006.
(iii) Final balance of 1/3 of total cabin price due January 3, 2007.
2. To register for conference, accommodation bookings for the cabins
held by the Course must be done through Thomas Cook Travel (Sherway
Gardens, Toronto). Air travel arrangements may be made independently,
or using "airmile" points (which Thomas Cook can also assist
in booking). Please ensure sufficient time to reach the port for departure.
3. For cancellations prior to September 6, 2006, $500 US per cabin
of accommodation deposit non-refundable; for cancellations on or after
September 6, 2006, and prior to December 5, 2006, $1,000 US of accommodation
deposit non-refundable; for cancellations on or after December 5,
2006 and prior to January 3, 2007, $2,000 US per cabin of accommodation
deposit non-refundable. Accommodation deposit and accommodation charges
fully non-refundable for cancellations January 3, 2007 and after.
