Full registration fee plus accommodation deposit of $1,250 (US) per
cabin required at time of initial registration to complete registration
and secure cabin. Travel/cruise insurance is recommended.

Balance of final payment due July 19, 2006.

To register for conference, accommodation bookings for the cabins
held by the Course must be done through Thomas Cook Travel (Sherway
Gardens, Toronto). Air travel arrangements may be made independently,
or using "airmile" points (which Thomas Cook can also assist
in booking). Please ensure sufficient time to reach the port for departure.
4.
For cancellations prior to or on June 5, 2006, $350 US per cabin of
initial accommodation deposit non-refundable; for cancellations after
June 5, 2005, and before July 19, 2006, $900 US per cabin of initial
accommodation deposit non-refundable. Accommodation deposit and accommodation
charges fully non-refundable for cancellations July 19, 2006 and later.
