1.
Full registration amount is due in order to complete registration.
2.
In the event a registrant is unable to attend the conference, substitution
of registrants is permissible without any additional charge.
3.
If a registrant is unable to attend, and unable to find a substitute,
notification of cancellation should be sent to the Psychiatry Review
Course in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. For cancellations received
prior to August 25, 2006, registrants have the option of (i) receiving
a credit voucher for the full registration amount paid, redeemable
towards any future Psychiatry Review Course; or (ii) receiving a refund
of registration fees paid less a $75 administrative charge. For cancellations
received August 25, 2006, or later, no credit or refund will be issued.
4.
Accommodation arrangements, when required, are done directly with
the Pillar and Post Inn, and are subject to the cancellation policy
of the Inn.
