Full registration fee plus accommodation deposit of $250 (US) per
person required at time of initial registration to complete registration
and secure cabin. Travel/cruise insurance is recommended.

Balance of final payment due Friday, July 29, 2005.

To register for conference, accommodation bookings for the cabins
held by the Course must be done through Thomas Cook Travel (Sherway
Gardens, Toronto). Air travel arrangements may be made independently,
or using "airmile" points (which Thomas Cook can also assist
in booking). Please ensure sufficient time to reach the port for departure.
4.
For cancellations prior to or on May 28, 2005, 75% ($187.50 US per
person) of initial accommodation deposit refundable; for cancellations
after May 28, 2005, and before July 22, 2005, 50% ($125 US per person)
of initial accommodation deposit refundable. Accommodation deposit
and accommodation charges non-refundable for cancellations July 29,
2005 and later.
