** Take advantage of our good cabin selection and great rates while you can: Europe in the fall will be a popular destination, and we have a limited number of group cabins available (note that for our March 2005 cruise conference this year, we were sold out of group cabins over 3 months before the conference). Although we still have some group cabins available at this point for conference attendees, the ship is already sold out to the general public for this sailing. Plus, we are able to offer conference delegates significantly reduced group rates (our rates represent discounts of $800 US or more compared to what these cabins were booking for when they were still available to the general public). Considering the limited availability, it is *highly* recommended that you book your cabin early to ensure availability and the group rate.

Rates are valid at time of posting, and may change. Rate cannot be guaranteed held until deposit is provided. Please note, GST / HST tax is not charged, as it is not incurred by international travel.

Cabin rates include accommodation, transportation between port cities, meals, and most entertainment and activities. Please note, the rates do not include airfare, airport transfers, alcohol, gratutities, or port excursions. Thomas Cook is able to assist with travel arrangements, if you wish, or you may make these arrangements independently. If you are making your own travel arrangements, please ensure sufficient time to reach and board the ship.

Registration fee for October 2005 conference

As outlined in our humanitarian aid/philanthropy policy, 3% of the proceeds from all new registrations will be donated to established international charitable organizations.

Please note, registration fee is in *Canadian dollars*. Register by May 28, 2005, and you could win a free registration.
